- These salad suggestions should provide a great way to use up ingredients which you may have in the kitchen as part of other dishes, such as chorizo, smoked chicken or seafood.
At this time of year the new salad leaves are fresh, abundant, reasonably priced and delicious! At the Yellow Door, we add this as an additional menu choice, which is hugely popular amongst our lunchtime clientelle.
By adding some of Moyallons ingredients, we can transform a simple salad into a delicious light lunch, with combinations such as:

Smoked confit of duck with pomegranate, mango salsa, and lime & coriander dressing.

Mini goats cheese croute with baked baby beetroot, balsamic & roasted walnuts.

Seared beef salad with pecorino, toasted pine nuts & truffle vinaigrette
